Annual Pension Statement run for customers with an Elevate PIA

We'll be sending Annual Pension Statements for those clients with an Elevate pension, not in drawdown, from Friday 13 December.

Customers who have opted to receive paperless communications will be able to view their statements in their document library, those customers who have opted to receive paper communications will receive their statements in the post shortly after.

We still have discrepancies in some APS for clients over age 75. We're working to resolve these and are delaying sending APS to impacted clients before we issue these. We will update you before these are sent.

From 1 October 2023 one of our regulators, the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) introduced for new growth rates for Statutory Money Purchase illustrations. These changes are incorporated into our latest SMPI statements but do not impact drawdown illustrations.
